Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Facilitator to lead classroom, team, and online training experiences, manage all aspects of the learning environment, and provide valuable feedback to participants. This role strengthens Spectrum teams and supports ongoing professional growth.

The facilitator will guide sessions, track attendance, organize materials, and deliver post-training evaluations. Strong English, communication, and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent and relevant teaching or facilitation experience.
• Experience delivering training in formal or informal settings.
• Proven ability to manage learning environments and track learner progress.

Responsibilities

• Guide participants through classroom, team and online training sessions.
• Maintain attendance, behavior, and document performance.
• Prepare and organize training schedules and materials.
• Conduct post-training evaluations and reporting.
• Lead discussions and debriefs to maximize engagement.
• Provide feedback and coaching to support knowledge transfer.
• Continuously develop facilitation and classroom management skills.
• Shadow end-users to understand business application of skills.

Responsibilities

How You Will Make an Impact

• Guide participants through classroom instruction, team meetings and online learning sessions to build skill sets
• Manage learning environments by tracking attendance, addressing behavior and documenting participant performance
• Prepare for and administer training sessions by organizing schedules, maintaining records and setting up materials
• Complete LMS prerequisites and post-training duties, including evaluations and reporting
• Lead activities, discussions and debriefs following facilitator guides to maximize learner engagement
• Offer feedback and coaching to participants, supporting knowledge transfer and behavior change
• Pursue personal development in facilitation, learner engagement and classroom management
• Shadow training end-users to understand business application of skills

Required Qualifications

Education

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of training and work experience

Experience

• 3 + years of experience in the functional area or business unit
• 1+ years of training delivery experience in a formal or informal setting
