Job summary

Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions in Corsicana, Texas is seeking a full-time Facilitation Specialist to train staff and care providers, coordinate with public and private agencies, and ensure effective delivery of services across programs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience creating, maintaining, and presenting training or facilitating meetings, a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and a preference for bilingual Spanish speakers.

A Day in The Life as a Facilitation Specialist

As a Facilitation Specialist, you will ensure agency staff and care providers are properly trained for the accomplishment of their duties and responsibilities and coordinates with staff from public and private agencies concerning training requirements.
