Job summary

It's A Secret Med Spa in the United States seeks a Medical Esthetician to deliver high-level skincare services, maintain compliant procedures, and uphold upscale spa standards across locations. You will perform HydraFacial, dermaplanning, facials, chemical peels, and consult clients on personalized skin care while collaborating with midlevel providers and management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required.
• Medical Esthetician License issued by the State is required.
• Be able to work weekends and have a flexible schedule is required.
• Strong and extensive knowledge of skin treatment procedures, esthetician practices and medical practice management.
• Must understand patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for transportation.
• Maintains a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation.
• Must have sound judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills, be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clientele by enhancing satisfaction, experience and productivity.
• Perform job duties within the scope of practice under issued licenses.
• Work closely with midlevel providers as needed for client care.
• Train peers and new hires to ensure Company standards with relation to experience, credentials, service and culture.
• Maintain strict medical protocols for all laser services, regarding state regulation, HIPAA and all other regulatory compliance programs.
• Maintain a professional neat appearance and adhere to dress code to ensure upscale atmosphere.
• Perform aesthetic services including HydraFacial, dermaplanning, facials and chemical peels.
• Provide a client-centered customized plan to meet skin care needs through performing services, selling products and treatments.
• Perform full aesthetic consultations to meet client's short/long term goals.
• Maintain an elite, clean and organized work/treatment areas throughout the location.
• Assist with unpacking and storing orders and maintaining inventory counts.
• Ensure charting is accurate, timely, and complete for all client appointments.
• Attend continuing education as requested by Clinical Management to excel in various skillsets.
• Attend and provide input at all team meetings organized by supervisor and clinical management.
• Ensure client concerns are reviewed, resolved and communicated to Aesthetic Sales Manager and Corporate Nurse Practitioner.
• Self-promote and engage on Company social media platforms with marketing assistance.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide a client centered customized plan to meet their skin care needs through performing services, selling products and treatments.
• Perform full aesthetic consultations to meet all client's aesthetic short/long term goals.
• Maintain an elite, clean and organized work/treatment areas throughout the location.
• Assist with unpacking and storing orders acquired within locations appropriately and timely.
• Assist with maintaining an appropriate inventory by communicating to management of inventory needs and inventory counts.
• Ensure charting is accurately, timely, and completely performed to best depict all client appointments and experiences.
• Attend continuing education as requested by Clinical Management to excel in various skillsets.
• Attend and provide input at all team meetings organized by your direct supervisor and clinical management.
• Ensure that client concerns or issues are reviewed, resolved and communicated in a timely manner to the Aesthetic Sales Manager and our Corporate Nurse Practitioner.
• Self-promote and engage and in all Company owned social media platforms created and with assistance of the Marketing department.
