Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Hershey, Pennsylvania, is looking for a Facial Plastic Surgeon at the Assistant Professor level. This role emphasizes education, research, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary care team.

The ideal candidate will have completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and will actively participate in both educational initiatives and research while providing high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a wide spectrum of aesthetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery is desired.
  • Ability to acquire a license to practice in Pennsylvania.
  • Ability to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in medical student, resident and fellow education.
  • Engage in research support for clinical projects.
  • Build a presence at multiple sites.

What we’re seeking:
  • MD, DO, or equivalent degree
  • BC/BE in Otolaryngology and completion of a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship
  • Experience in a wide spectrum of aesthetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery is desired
  • Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
  • Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates
  • A strong commitment to patient care, medical student and resident education and research/scholarly activity is necessary
  • Building a presence at our multiple sites
  • Ability to work with a strong facial plastic surgery team including faculty, nurses, and advanced practice providers
