• Configure and maintain benefits within Facets.
• Analyze benefit requirements and translate them into system configuration specifications.
• Perform impact analysis for new products, benefit changes, or regulatory updates.
• Support end-to-end testing for new benefits, benefit revisions, and system releases.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and partner with IT, claims, and business teams to resolve errors.
• Document configuration changes, processes, and test outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product implementation, annual benefit updates, and system enhancements.
• Ensure configuration aligns with CMS, state Medicaid, and commercial plan regulations as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on Facets benefit configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of health plan operations including claims, benefits, accumulators, and provider reimbursement.
• Experience supporting testing cycles (UAT, regression, QA).
• Ability to interpret benefit requirements, plan documents, or regulatory guidelines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve configuration‑related issues.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with technical and non‑technical teams.
