Job summary

UST seeks an Application Development Lead for Facets in Seattle, WA. You will lead the Facets development lifecycle, delivering enhancements and ensuring high technical delivery across modules, with hands-on leadership and collaboration with architecture and QA teams.

Preferred candidates have healthcare IT experience, strong SQL skills, and experience with Facets upgrades and cloud initiatives, including Azure migrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience with strong hands-on experience with the Facets platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facets application development, enhancement, maintenance, and delivery.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Membership, Claims, Workflow, and Accumulations modules.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts.
• Support Facets upgrades, vendor integrations, and data migrations.
