Job Description

This unpaid 3‑month internship (starting March 2017) provides exposure to growing, scaling, and marketing an e‑commerce business. The intern will manage all Facebook marketing responsibilities for the company, reporting to the founder and earning profit sharing based on performance.

Responsibilities

1. Take over full Facebook marketing operations, including content publishing and campaign management.
2. Create and execute targeted Facebook ad campaigns aimed at prospective customers.
3. Learn and apply best practices in Facebook marketing while demonstrating self‑leadership and rapid skill acquisition.
4. Collaborate with the founder to align marketing efforts with overall business strategy.
5. Gain insight into the end‑to‑end process of growing and scaling a multi‑million dollar e‑commerce brand.
6. Commit to approximately 15 hours of work per week.
