Your Responsibilities

• Create a warm welcome. Greet each guest with enthusiasm, introduce yourself, and use their name to personalize the experience.
• Get the order right from the start. As an order taker, you are our first and best opportunity to ensure accuracy. Listen carefully, ask clarifying questions, and confirm order details.
• Demonstrate care and professionalism. Use courteous, elevated language such as "How may I serve you?" and "It's my pleasure" while keeping interactions warm and genuine.
• Practice the Core 4. Make eye contact, share a smile, speak enthusiastically, and stay connected with each guest.
• Commit to Face-to-Face service. Prioritize personal interactions as often as possible to support order accuracy, efficient service, and exceptional hospitality throughout the day.
• Offer encouragement. Share a kind word and look for simple ways to brighten each guest's visit.
• Support your team. Communicate clearly and work together to keep the drive-thru organized, welcoming, and moving efficiently.
