Tampa Bay Collective is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Tampa team. This is a face-to-face, on-site role working directly with customers at retail and event locations, representing client campaigns and helping connect customers with products and services that fit their needs.

You will speak with customers in person, answer questions about products and promotions, build rapport, and contribute to daily targets while benefiting from ongoing training and development

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred but not required
• Clear willingness to learn and adapt on-site
