New Hudson Facades in Linwood, PA is seeking assemblers to build curtain wall subassemblies and unit frames. You will read blueprints, verify components, install insulation, and glaze units with pneumatic equipment.

This fast-paced role requires standing for long periods and rotating through tasks on the shop floor. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in manufacturing or construction, and a solid commitment to safety and quality.

• Can read a blueprint and turn it into a finished assembly.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, or similar work is a plus.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Build curtain wall subassemblies and complete unit frames using manual, electric, and pneumatic tools.
• Use assembly drawings/specs to verify components and layout before and during build.
• Install insulation, then manually apply and tool silicone weather seals.
• Glaze assembled units using pneumatic silicone application equipment.
• Measure final dimensions with a tape measure and confirm against drawings.
• Remove finished units from the line; stage for storage or shipment.
• Escalate any component/drawing mismatches to line supervision.
• Keep your area clean and organized; return tools and equipment to designated storage at shift end.
