Job summary

Building Blocks Facades is seeking a Project Manager to lead façade projects from kickoff to installation, ensuring on‑time delivery, budget adherence, and strict quality. You will coordinate engineering, design, fabrication, logistics, and field teams while building strong client relationships with GCs, CMs, architects, and developers.

The role requires 5–10 years of construction PM experience in façades or related systems, a CM/engineering/architecture degree, and PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
PMP certification preferred but not required.
5–10 years of construction PM experience, preferably in façades, GFRC, UHPC.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client coordination.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Travel to job sites and manufacturing facilities (>25% typical).

Responsibilities

Lead façade projects from kick‑off through final installation.
Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, logistics plans, and submittal timelines.
Identify risks early and implement rapid mitigation throughout lifecycle.
Build and maintain relationships with GCs, CMs, architects, and developer clients.
Define scope and manage budgets; monitor cost performance.
Coordinate between fabrication, logistics, and field teams for sequencing.
Mentor Assistant Project Managers and support their development.
Drive continuous improvement and standardized processes.
