Minimum Position Qualifications:

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform commercial carpentry tasks such as drywall installation, ceramic and vinyl flooring, cabinet or shelving repair, door and window repairs or installations, cement work, acoustical ceilings, and lock repairs.
• Accurately report time and vehicle inventory via company computer programs on schedule.
• Conduct preventive maintenance at assigned stores at least twice annually.
• Manage maintenance expenses to meet annual budget guidelines.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
