Garlock, a subsidiary of Enpro, is seeking a Fabricator/White Room Operator in Palmyra, NY. This hands-on role focuses on quality, learning equipment and processes, and growing within a stable manufacturing environment.

You will operate presses and ovens, prepare and move gasket materials, monitor conditions, and support white room packaging. Competitive pay, full benefits, and room to advance are offered.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 30 pounds; heavier items require team lift or mechanical assistance.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, adhesives, and production equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and safety, willingness to learn multiple operations.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate presses, ovens, and related production machinery.
• Prepare, cut, mold, trim, package, and move gasket materials and finished products.
• Support white room operations, including labeling and packaging oxygen-service gaskets.
• Monitor equipment, product quality, pressure, and temperature to ensure safe, accurate production.
• Handle molds and assist with mold cleaning; keep production lines supplied.
• Follow work instructions, schedules, and production records to meet customer requirements.

What you'll do:

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment including presses, ovens, and related production machinery.
• Prepare, cut, mold, trim, package, and move gasket materials and finished products.
• Support white room operations, including labeling and packaging oxygen-service gaskets.
• Monitor equipment, product quality, pressure, temperature, and production conditions to keep work moving safely and accurately.
• Handle molds, assist with mold cleaning, and help keep production lines supplied and ready.
• Use work instructions, schedules, and production records to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and contribute ideas for quality and process improvement.

Why you'll want this job:

Starting pay of $24.37 per hour plus a $1.75 third-shift differential. Sunday-Thursday schedule with consistent overnight hours.

Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am Starting Pay: $24.37/hour, Pay Range: $24.37-25.913/hour, Shift Differential (3rd): $1.75/hour
