• Build assemblies such as generators, slide-out rooms, and hydraulic leveling jacks.
• Set up welding equipment and ensure quality standards.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: We welcome diverse backgrounds. Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. Key skills include:

• Proficiency with power tools like drills, jig saws, rivet guns, etc.
• Knowledge of machine operation, cutting, sawing, drilling, and grinding (desirable).
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding (a plus but not required).
• Ability to meet production goals with urgency.
• Understanding of safety standards and use of PPE.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, push, and pull during a 10-hour shift.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
