Job summary

All Things Metal Industries, home to KorFab, is seeking a Fabricator to perform welding and fabrication tasks across decorative panels and structural components. You will prep metal, read tape measures, and assist with assembly, shifting between welding, fitting, and shop duties.

The role offers early hours (Mon-Fri, 5 am–3 pm with a 1-hour lunch) and a path for steady, long-term growth in a fast-paced environment. Comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of fabrication or welding experience.
• Must weld GMAW and Dual Shield.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist KorFab team with daily fabrication duties.
• Operate shop tools and perform basic welding as needed.
• Prepare and clean metal plate for fabrication.
• Prime and paint using a paint gun (training provided).
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
