Clinton Machine, Inc. is seeking an experienced fabricator/welder to join our small but growing team. As a custom automation manufacturer, there are very few repetitive tasks and every day brings a new challenge.

A positive work culture and pride in quality are valued here. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, fabricating and welding, and collaborating with a small team to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• USA citizenship is a requirement.
• Driver license or Chauffeurs license.
• Ability to drive forklifts & trucks.
• Organized handling of materials & paperwork.
• Self-motivated & ability to multi-task.
• MIG welding and fabrication experience.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and recognize symbols and specifications.
• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude, ability to dimensionally layout details from drawings.
• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment.
• Self-starter with ability to manage daily work requirements to keep projects on schedule.
• Ability to physically meet the demands of the job and have an eye for detail.
• Knowledge of industry safety practices.
• Ability to work with others and operate in a team-oriented workplace.
