Job summary

Clinton Machine seeks an experienced fabricator/welder to join our small but growing team. As a custom automation manufacturer, there are few repetitive tasks and every day brings a new challenge. We value a positive culture where pride in workmanship is essential.

The role requires MIG welding and fabrication experience, the ability to read blueprints, operate forklifts, and manage materials and paperwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• USA Citizenship required.
• Driver license or chauffeur license.
• Ability to drive forklifts & trucks.
• Organized handling of materials & paperwork.
• Self-motivated & ability to multi-task.
• MIG welding and fabrication experience.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and recognize symbols and specifications in their field.
• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude; dimensionally layout details from drawings.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment.
• Self-starter with ability to manage daily work requirements to keep projects on schedule.
• Ability to physically meet the demands of the job and maintain attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry safety practices.
• Collaborate with others in a team-oriented workplace.
