Aaron Enterprises, Inc. is seeking individuals experienced in horizontal auger boring, tunneling, pipe jacking, tunnel boring machines, and horizontal directional drilling operations. In particular, we are looking for candidates interested in Trenchless utility construction jobs with a strong background in these techniques.

We are a specialty underground construction company located in York Pennsylvania. Our services focus on projects that create opportunities for Trenchless utility construction jobs in the region.

The majority of the work performed is for the natural gas, sewer, water, and electrical industries. Many of these projects involve specialized Trenchless utility construction jobs that require skilled and dedicated workers.

Aaron Enterprises, Inc. is currently hiring for the following positions:

A Fabricator- Welder cuts, joins, and shapes raw metal into specific products, parts, or structural components. Interpret blueprints, use welding techniques (like MIG, TIG, and Stick), and operate fabrication machinery to assemble and finish metal pieces

Trucking of equipment via low boy, flatbed, and various other commercial vehicles.

Heavy Construction Laborer

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the construction industry and ability to pass Company issued weld test.

Excavator Operator – Utility / Trenchless

Perform excavation, material handling, loading/unloading, and rigging. Execute deep excavations using trench boxes, shoring systems, and sheeting 5+ years of excavator or heavy equipment operating experience
