A leading company in Cincinnati is seeking a Welder Fabricator. The ideal candidate should have a passion for welding an assortment of products, and experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Responsibilities include producing high-quality welds, operating welding machines, and working from blueprints. This role offers full-time hours with shifts varying between standard and extended hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in MIG & TIG welding of carbon steel, stainless, Inconel, and aluminum.
• Ability to run basic fabrication equipment.
• Experience with robotic weld machines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welds metal components to fabricate products.
• Repairs products by reshaping with or without heat.
• Calculates side lengths and angles using trigonometric charts.

1st Shift Positions - Monday through Friday 5 : 30 am to 4 pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.

2nd Shift Positions - Monday through Friday (Either 4 day-12 hour shift or 5 day-10 hour shift)

Job Description :

Works from blueprints, work orders, and verbal instructions to produce high quality welds from a variety of exotic metals. May program, set up and operate robotic welding machines.

Responsibilities :

Welds metal components to fabricate products, parts or equipment.

Repairs products of parts by straightening or reshaping with or without the use of heat and / or hydraulic equipment.

Achieve or surpass routed standards.

Calculate side lengths and / or angles using trigonometric charts and tables.

Figure flat layout, setup and operate various equipment to form sheet, plate and structural shapes to produce properly sized material.

Qualifications :

Experience in MIG & TIG welding of carbon steel, stainless, Inconel and aluminum.

Ability to run basic fabrication equipment (shear, cut-off saw, etc.)

Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience with robotic weld machines is a plus.
