Job summary

Service Partners is seeking a Fabricator to manufacture insulation products, operating band saws and related equipment in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. The role requires reliable teamwork, adherence to safety rules, and precision in measuring materials for efficient production.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or GED and be willing to obtain certifications such as forklift operation. Local travel may be required and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• Experience or training in a manufacturing/fabrication/warehouse environment preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a respirator medical clearance if required.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate band saw and other saws to fabricate fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite and other insulation materials.
• Accurately measure materials to ensure efficient usage.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; follow all safety requirements.
• Ensure daily production levels are met and report any issues to supervisor.
• Perform additional fabrication duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities

As a Fabricator, you will operate a band saw, and other types of saws, to custom fabricate fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite, and many other types of specialized insulation. If you are a reliable team player with a desire to work safely in a fast-paced environment,

• Safely and efficiently operate appropriate equipment.
• Accurately measure material for efficiency.
• Maintain quality and housekeeping.
• Ensure production levels are meet daily.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
• Perform other fabrication duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• Experience and/or training in a manufacturing/fabrication/warehouse environment (preferred).
• Able to be medically certified to wear respirator (if required).
• Basic computer skills (preferred).
• Forklift certified.

Education

• High school diploma or GED required.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation Range

$13.00 - $30.00
