Valcor Engineering in Springfield, NJ is seeking a Fabricator to join a full-time union shop. The role involves welding sub-assemblies, setting up and machining operations, and assembling sub-assemblies using manual and CNC equipment.

The candidate should read engineering drawings, perform basic math, and be willing to train for AWS welding certification. The position is in a manufacturing environment with lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to typical shop conditions.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Will be trained for AWS welding certification or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Weld milled steel and stainless steel in NADCAP qualified facility.
• Set up basic machine tools and determine sequences, jigs and tools.
• Assemble, sub-assemble, and final assembly of products.
