Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Produce components and finished goods utilizing hand tools, table saws, upright mills, routers, and other forms of manufacturing equipment.
Accurately fill out production records to submit to the supervisor for work completed.
Identify and suggest process improvements to increase throughput or quality of product.
Self-monitor quality on an ongoing basis utilizing drawings or samples. Bring to the attention of your supervisor any variances to drawings or samples.
Bring to the attention of the supervisor any repair problems with any of the fabrication equipment.
Assist in the training of other fabrication employees to ensure coverage in your area.
Perform all duties with the utmost of Safety in mind. Be an active participant in all company safety objectives.
Other duties as regularly assigned.
Education and Experience
High school diploma required.
Experience in the proper use of manufacturing equipment and tools. i.e.: CNC, panel saw, end mill, compound miter saw, air compressor, hand-held routers, circular saws, drills, etc. strongly desired.
