Job summary

Flory Industries is seeking Fabricator I–III to set up and operate a range of fabrication equipment in our Salida, CA shop. You will read blueprints, adjust machines for precision, and ensure parts meet specifications.

The role requires reading blueprints, using calipers, and passing forklift certification. We offer a robust benefits package and a steady, safety-conscious work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience using calipers and basic measurement tools.
• Must pass Forklift Driver Certification test.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate laser machines, CNC Punch, Press Brakes, Roll, Saws, Hydraulic Shear, Fastener Press, and Single Station Punch.
• Make necessary adjustments including blade changes and material staging.
• Handle, sort, count, and tag fabricated metal parts; deburr with handheld sanders.
• Read, interpret and follow blueprints or instructions for finished products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment; document work performed.
