Job summary

Fl-Crane- in a Pre-Fabrication Shop seeks a Machine Operator to operate and maintain fabrication equipment, including cutting, bending and shaping materials. You will set up and calibrate machines to specifications, monitor performance, and inspect products for quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, clean work areas, following safety protocols, and collaborating with the team. Prior machine operation experience and the ability to read drawings are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in machine operation or related field.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines for cutting, bending, and shaping of metal and other materials.
• Set up and calibrate machines per specifications.
• Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper functioning.
• Inspect finished products for quality and precision.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production.
• Assist in training new machine operators as needed.
