Competitive Pay:

This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $25.00/hr. to $42.00/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our dynamic, industry-leading team to fabricate and assemble custom pump and filtration piping systems. The successful candidate will need to be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to ensure that our customer expectations are met to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Fit and assemble fluid handling systems and components according to blueprints, work instructions, manuals, customer specifications, and quality expectations.
• Verify conformance of purchased components to blueprints and customer specifications.
• Lay out, fit-up, and construct structural steel framing, bracing, brackets, etc.
• Assemble parts such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, piping, and valves.
• Assemble piping and tubing components to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain project documentation related to tasks, testing, and inspections.
• Communicate with supervisors, engineers, and project managers regarding work, issues, and instructions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Follow safety rules, policies, procedures, and core values.
• Operate forklifts.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of assembly experience.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Good manual dexterity and physical condition.

Preferred Additional Qualifications (Not Required):

• Experience with forklifts, cranes, and rigging.
• Structural welding, copper soldering, PVC solvent welding, and tube bending experience.
• Proficiency in rotating equipment alignments.
• Basic electrical wiring experience.
