Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Fabricator – Machine Operator in Harlan, Iowa. The role sets up and operates fabrication equipment to produce metal components according to blueprints and work orders, while maintaining safety and quality records.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent (or 1-2 years of experience), strong math skills, and good communication. Welding experience is a plus. On-site work with attentive production documentation is expected.

• Operate fabrication equipment, including press brakes, rollers, punch presses, sanders, drills, grinders, shears, saws, and other fabrication machinery.
• Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, rules, squares, angle gages, and height gages.
• Practice the highest degree of safety when performing essential duties of his position.
• Read and interpret parts drawings, process routings, and production requirement information.

Job Summary of the Fabricator – Machine Operator: The Fabricator Machine Operator will set up, adjust, and operate fabrication equipment to produce metal components according to blueprints, specifications, and work orders. This role is responsible for maintaining safe operations, quality standards, and accurate production records.

• Operate fabrication equipment, including press brakes, rollers, punch presses, sanders, drills, grinders, shears, saws, and other fabrication machinery.
