White Cap is hiring immediately for a Fabricator II in Temecula, CA. You will examine specifications from drawings, work orders, or blueprints to determine finished item characteristics, materials, and machine setup requirements, then fabricate pieces per orders.

Qualifications

• Examines specifications from drawings, work orders, or blueprints to determine finished item characteristics and machine setup requirements.
• Fabricates work pieces per work order specifications; may oversee junior associates.
• Retrieves correct materials and performs fabrication duties.
• Examines work pieces visually, by touch, or with gauges to ensure standards.
• Packages items for shipping and secures them to prevent damage during transport.
• Follows company safety policy and performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Examines specifications of customer orders per drawings/work orders.
• Fabricates pieces as per specifications; may supervise junior staff.
• Receives materials and performs fabrication tasks.
• Inspects pieces for quality using basic measurement tools.
• Packages and protects finished items for shipment.
• Adheres to safety policies and procedures.
