Job summary

Sessa Sheet Metal Contractors in Baltimore, MD is seeking a motivated Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team. This full-time role designs and fabricates ductwork and fittings for HVAC installations, performed on-site in our shop and warehouse.

The position runs Monday–Friday 6:00 am–2:30 pm with overtime available. Candidates should have at least 3 years of fabrication experience, ability to read drawings, and proficient use of shop tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fabrication or related trade experience; sheet metal shop experience preferred.
• Training available for candidates with relevant adjacent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and shop sketches.
• Experience using fabrication tools including tape measures, hand tools, and power tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for most of the shift.
• Able to safely navigate a shop and warehouse environment.
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Use shop machinery to fabricate ductwork.
• Plan and problem-solve layouts and designs for complex duct fabrication.

Sheet Metal Fabricator
Sessa Sheet Metal Contractors – Baltimore, MD (21205)
Pay Range: $20.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience

Sessa Sheet Metal Contractors, a busy and growing sheet metal company in Baltimore, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team. This full-time position (Monday- Friday 6am-2:30 pm overtime available) is responsible for the design and fabrication of customized ductwork and fittings for HVAC installations. Work is performed on-site in our shop and warehouse facility.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

This role requires regular sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and handling tools or materials. Work may involve heights, confined spaces, and varied indoor/outdoor environments typical of construction and shop settings. Noise levels may be high at times. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
