Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a manufacturing operator to perform secondary operations and assist in completing production orders. This role requires reading and following English work instructions, basic math and accurate recordkeeping.

Ability to read and comprehend sufficient English to follow work instructions. Write Legibly.
Basic mathematical skills and counting ability required.
Able to remember part numbers and the assembly they belong to. Able to record daily production information. Must be mentally alert, safety conscious, communicate well, and receive and follow instructions. Able to work well with others, able to function in a limited work area, able to change work assignments with little notice, must perform duties in accordance with company policies and safety standards.

Automatic machinery – tappers, sanders, mill, lathe and cut off saw (machines require only that the work piece be placed in the proper spot, in the correct manner and removed after the machine has performed the needed operation).
