Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Fabricator to join our specialty manufacturing team in West Chester, OH. Shift is 7:30am-4:00pm with pay ranging from $19-$22 per hour DOE.

Responsibilities include fabricating aluminum doors and frames, using CNC/milling machines and hand tools, and ensuring quality and safety in daily production tasks. Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required as part of the basic education for fabrication.
• 2 years of fabrication experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and data entry.
• Ability to read and interpret profiles and drawings.
• Follow written and oral instructions with accuracy.
• Maintain safety standards and awareness on all tasks.
• Willingness to operate forklift and use measurement tools.
• Familiarity with scanners and material tagging.
• Commitment to quality and accuracy in all work.

• Designs, fabricates and installs custom clips and backup plates for hardware on nonstandard profiles.
• Interprets standard and non-standard bills of materials and drawings per job.
• Identifies and tags materials for assembly and inspection.
• Performs fabrication sequences and ensures product quality.
• Completes daily production duties and related paperwork.
• Ensures safety and compliance in all fabrication activities.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities

Fabricates doors and frames from aluminum extrusions using standard and non-standard drawings, and hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, saws, etc. as well as milling machines, CNC machines for non-standard hardware preparations and configurations.
Designs, fabricates and installs custom clips and backup plates for the attachment of special hardware on nonstandard profiles.
Interprets standard and non- standard bills of material and drawings per job.
Identifies and tags material with written symbol for assembly and inspection
Comprehends and completes fabrication on a sequence of operations concerning Specific hardware
Responsible for all inspection of product, paperwork, and all daily duties
Performs all general production work as required.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements

• High School diploma/GED plus 2 years of fabrication experience in a warehouse environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
