Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Able to read a tape measure accurately and perform basic calculations.
• Strong math and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble aluminum structural components according to engineering specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Measure, cut, drill, and prepare materials using a variety of electric, pneumatic, and powered tools.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
