What You'll Be Doing


TERREPOWER is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Repair Specialist. If you are a dedicated individual interested in joining a growing company in the automotive parts industry, we want you on our team!

As a Repair Specialist, you will perform the production duties below:

  • Review each product to determine the required repairs
  • Ensure you have the proper tools and materials required to repair the product to an insurance quality standard
  • For each repair, you may be required to cut, trim, file, bend, or smooth parts to ensure proper standards are met
  • Ensure quality control standards are met
  • Adhering to assembly safety standards
  • Work with team members to identify and develop improved methods of repair
  • Comply with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard-free warehouse environment with focus on injury prevention

Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent practical experience
  • Hands on repair experience is a plus
  • Hand on experience in these fields - Construction, Drywall, Painting, and Landscaping or a role where you had to pay close attention to quality and detail
  • Strong focus on quality – deeply care about the product and your work
  • High degree of professional credibility, including responsiveness, team focus, and interest and ability to perform work in a safe environment

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
  • Lift and move totes up to 50 pounds.
  • Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
  • Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations.
