Job summary

Greenheck Group seeks a Fabricator/Punch Press Operator in Minnesota to process sheet material into high-quality flat components. You will read blueprints, measure with calipers, and prepare loads for downstream work while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Starting pay is $24.88/hour with increases to $28.84/hour and a shift premium of $1.50/hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing all shift. Training on equipment will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Demonstrate accurate measurement and gauging skills.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate Punch Press to form flat blank components from sheets.
• Prepare loads for downstream operations and maintain quality.
• Read gauges and calipers to verify dimensions.
