Job summary

Kalwall Enterprises Inc. is seeking a motivated Fabricator/Assembler for our Structures Division in Bow, NH. Join a skilled team to read drawings and build high‑quality aluminum structures that meet engineering specs.

You will work on fabricating and assembling components, using a variety of tools, while maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment. We train the right candidate and value hands‑on craftsmanship.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Accurate tape measure reading and basic calculations.
  • Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and assemble aluminum structural components per engineering specs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
  • Measure, cut, drill, and prepare materials using electric, pneumatic, and powered tools.
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Collaborate with team to meet production schedules and quality goals.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

We're looking for a motivated Fabricator/Assembler to join our Structures Division in Bow, NH. If you enjoy working with your hands, reading technical drawings, and building high-quality products as part of a skilled team, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and assemble aluminum structural components according to engineering specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, and shop drawings.
  • Measure, cut, drill, and prepare materials using a variety of electric, pneumatic, and powered tools, including band saws, radial saws, and upcut saws.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to safely move materials and finished products.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic calculations.
  • Strong math and computer skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous fabrication, assembly, manufacturing, or construction experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift and move materials safely.
  • Ability to work with hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
