This role is responsible for executing the fabrication plans and supporting the daily operations and manufacturing tasks/projects for the entire facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:

• Follows Safety Guideline and procedures set for this role.
• Does not operate any equipment, machinery, or tools if he/she has not been trained to operate.
• Creates and builds metal structures and components according to design specifications
• Examines project requirements to determine materials and dimensions needed to complete the job or task.
• Assesses and mitigates potential challenges in the fabrication process
• Conducts precise measurements and cutting materials to specified sizes
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and project specifications
• Interprets technical drawings and blueprints for accurate fabrication
• Operates and maintains fabrication machinery and tools
• Reports any operational or equipment failures to supervisor or plant manager as soon as they occur.
• Assembles and welds components to construct final products
• Inspects finished products for quality and making necessary adjustments
• Collaborates with design teams and engineers to optimize fabrication processes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in fabrication or a related field
• Proficiency in working with various tools and materials to create components or structures
• Craftsmanship abilities with an emphasis on fabrication
• Ability to operate machinery for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials

• Knowledge of material properties and characteristics
