Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a skilled Plastic Fabricator for 1st shift in New Berlin, Wisconsin. You will set up and operate equipment to cut, bend, drill, bond, and assemble plastic parts, reading work instructions and using precision measuring tools to ensure quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to read blueprints and work orders. This is a direct hire position with competitive hourly pay.

• Apply adhesives and attach hardware, fittings, and fasteners.
• Sand, buff, polish, and clean finished products.
• Read blueprints, work orders, and work instructions to determine dimensions, finishes, and assembly procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with hand tools, reading work instructions, and using precision measuring equipment to produce quality parts on schedule.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing for extended periods, frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and handling materials. Candidates must be able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 55 pounds with assistance as needed.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
