• Fit and assemble components accurately and thoroughly per drawing requirements.
• Read and understand drawings and design documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for custom projects.
• Generate suggestions for innovating work processes, procedures, capabilities, etc.
• Monitor own work to ensure quality and look for ways to improve and promote quality.
• Use equipment and materials properly while observing safety and security procedures.

Requirements

• No previous welding experience necessary.
