Job summary

Core & Main in the Indianapolis area is seeking candidates for hands-on manufacturing roles. You will operate hand tools, fabricate parts, and follow precise measurements in a loud environment. The position emphasizes safety, quality control, and timely task completion.

Training available through onsite facilities and a strong team culture. Preferred candidates have metal work experience and fabrication shop equipment familiarity, with a willingness to learn and grow within our nationwide

Qualifications

• Metal work experience in industrial/fabrication settings.
• Experience with precise measurement and safe handling of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and perform cuts, threads and grooves as required.
• Follow written instructions to ensure finished parts meet specifications.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a loud, temperature-varied environment.
