Role Description

This full-time Fabricator role is an on-site position located in Fort Loramie, OH. The Fabricator will read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to build custom weldments and shipping racks. Daily responsibilities include cutting, fitting, and welding metal components, operating fabrication machinery, and verifying measurements and tolerances. The role involves inspecting finished products for quality, performing basic equipment maintenance, and following safety procedures and guidelines. The Fabricator will work closely with other team members to meet production schedules and support continuous improvement in fabrication processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication specifications.
• Proficiency in welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, or stick) and metal fabrication techniques.
• Experience using fabrication tools and equipment, such as cutting torches, saws, grinders, and presses.
• Strong measurement and math skills, including the use of tape measures, calipers, and other precision tools.
• Knowledge of safety practices related to welding, fabrication, and material handling.
• Attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and ability to inspect work for defects and accuracy.
• Physical ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing environment.
