Job summary

Awning & Sign Contractors in the United States is seeking a Fabricator to join a 4-day workweek team building custom aluminum awnings, canopies, and architectural products installed nationwide. You\'ll read shop drawings, cut, fit, and weld aluminum components, and safely operate fabrication equipment.

Qualifications

• Prior fabrication or welding experience is required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret shop drawings.
• Experience using hand tools and fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom aluminum awnings and canopies to specifications.
• Read shop drawings and build projects accordingly.
• Cut, fit, and weld aluminum components.
• Operate fabrication equipment, power tools, and hand tools safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality products.

What You'll Do

Fabricate custom aluminum awnings and canopies.

Read shop drawings and build projects to specifications.

Cut, fit, and weld aluminum components.

Safely operate fabrication equipment, power tools, and hand tools.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Work alongside a team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

What We're Looking For

Previous fabrication or welding experience required.

Ability to read a tape measure and interpret shop drawings.

Experience with hand tools and fabrication equipment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
