Sierra Pacific Industries in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Swing Shift Fabricator to support fabrication, read blueprints, and ensure quality through self‑inspection. The role offers training and internal promotion, with a strong benefits package and potential travel to other divisions.

Formación

• 2 years’ welding experience or educational equivalent preferred
• Experience with Mig, Arc, Dual Shield, cutting torch, and metal cutting band saw
• Demonstrated ability to focus on current work while planning the next stages of work

Responsabilidades

• Provide fabrication support for our manufacturing facilities
• Apply welding techniques to achieve visually and structurally sufficient welds
• Perform precision layout work and accurately read and interpret blueprints/plans, sketches, and verbal instructions
• Ensure product and process quality through self-inspection of finished products
• Possibility to work at other divisions, requiring travel
• Overtime can be expected during busy production times

Currently, we are seeking a qualified swing shift Fabricator to work collaboratively with our fabrication shop in Eugene, Oregon, with great opportunities for advancement.

About The Position
