Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries is hiring for entry-level positions at our Fabrication Shop in Shelton, Washington. This role offers opportunities to learn and grow into CNC Machinist, Welding Fabricator, Plasma Table, Electrical, Electronics, CNC, and PLC Programming tracks.

The job involves general shop cleanup, assisting fabricators with material prep, grinding, drill presses, and metal cutting on a band saw. It is fast-paced and can be demanding, with potential overtime and weekend work during

Qualifications

• Repetitive lifting and working in both hot and cold work environments
• Work schedule is for the day shift, and may include overtime and weekend work during busy production times

About the Position
