Role Description The Fabricator role is a full-time, on-site position located in Cleveland, TN. The Fabricator is responsible for reading and interpreting drawings or blueprints, measuring and cutting metal, and using tools and equipment such as saws, grinders, welders, and drills to produce ornamental and structural iron components. Daily tasks include fitting and assembling parts, performing quality checks, and ensuring work meets specifications and project deadlines. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe work area, following safety procedures and protective equipment requirements, and collaborating with other shop team members and supervisors to complete fabrication projects.
