Job summary

AC Corp, a Crete United company, is seeking an experienced Welder to join our Fabrication team in Raleigh, NC. This hands-on position focuses on welding and fabricating custom equipment using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on varied metals.

You will work from drawings, measure, cut, and form material, and assist in building products from start to finish. This is not a production-line role but a growth-oriented opportunity with a focus on quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years welding experience preferred.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings and weld symbols.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to create cut lists and determine material needs.
• Pull material from stock and prepare pieces for welding.
• Cut, bend, fit and tack components.
• Clean up welds using brushes/grinders.
• May operate a forklift to move material.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
