Job summary

Fairbank in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a skilled technician to participate in hands-on physical labor in the shop, performing fabricating, welding and light mechanical work.

You will diagnose and repair agricultural spray pumps and handle plumbing of propane dispenser cabinets. Applicants should have 2+ years in fabrication, welding, and shop operations, maintain safety, and lift up to 40 lbs. Forklift experience preferred; strong communication and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years' experience in Fabricating, Welding, and Shop operations.
• Must be self-motivated with basic computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Forklift operations preferred.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, multitask, organize and prioritize work.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 40 lbs safely.
• Ability to maintain / promote safety awareness and follow safety policies.
