Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in fabrication or manufacturing, with ability to read blueprints and operate fabrication tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of fabrication, machining, or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient with fabrication tools and machinery.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from blueprint, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Set up and operate fabrication equipment (saws, presses, CNC machines, welding tools).
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials to precise specifications.
• Perform welding, grinding, drilling, and finishing tasks as required.
• Inspect fabricated components to ensure quality and tolerances.
• Maintain and troubleshoot fabrication equipment; report issues.
• Maintain safe practices and clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams.
