Job summary

The Hope Group, A SunSource Company, in Northborough, MA, is seeking a manufacturing-focused panel assembler to mount electrical components on back panels and wire skid-based systems in a manufacturing environment.

You will read ladder diagrams, use hand and diagnostic tools, and maintain records while following safety procedures and keeping a clean, organized workspace. This is a full-time role in a growing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude; hands-on experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to work in industrial environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Required Qualifications
