Job summary

Gibraltar Fabrication, LLC in Burnet, Texas is seeking a reliable General Labor to support fabrication, material handling, and production operations. In this hands-on role, you will assist the welding, cutting, coating, and shipping teams to ensure efficient shop operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and a high school diploma or GED. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred. A day shift schedule is available from 4:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and moving materials.
• Previous manufacturing, welding, or fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stage, and organize steel materials and assemblies.
• Support welding and fabrication teams with material staging.
• Sort tubing, rebar, plate, and fabricated components for production.
• Assist with coating, finishing, and shipping operations.
• Perform shop housekeeping and basic facility maintenance.
• Follow all safety procedures and production instructions.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
