Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Swing Shift Fabrication Supervisor for a leading medical devices manufacturer in Vancouver, WA. You will lead 20+ people across Forming, Welding, and Finishing, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production.

Responsibilities include coordinating nightly plans, prioritizing workflows, and driving throughput while mentoring technicians. The role requires 3+ years of fabrication leadership and strong ERP/drawing-reading skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in a metal fabrication environment.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a team to exceed performance expectations.
• Proactive mindset toward continuous improvement, planning, and operational efficiency.
• Technical aptitude for CNC cutting and forming equipment; familiarity with Trumpf brand machines is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems for production control and recording preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Proficient in basic computer skills; solid math skills including arithmetic and geometry.

This position carries overall shift responsibility across Forming, Welding, and Finishing departments, in charge of leading over 20 employees; this is a direct hire opportunity.

Pay:

• $28–$40/hr DOE + swing shift differential

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday, 3:00PM – 1:30AM + overtime
