Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to oversee a small team in our fabrication shop. You will supervise 6–8 associates, ensure safety, production, and quality targets are met, and set up machines for pipe fabrication.

Daily responsibilities include measuring, cutting, threading, and maintaining organized work areas. The role emphasizes adherence to OSHA guidelines and Ferguson SOPs, with opportunities to cross-train and support inventory integrity while contributing to a collaborative

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with pipe fabrication processes and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates to meet safety, production, and quality goals.
• Set up and operate pipe fabrication equipment.
• Measure, cut, and thread pipe accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness in Fab Shop.
• Follow standard operating procedures for fabrication.
• Collaborate with management to resolve task concerns.
